There were five SW aircraft there but if I had backed off my zoom to try and get them all the pic would have looked "long distance" (which it was because I was way across the grounds on the east perimeter access road). So I disregarded two of them and this snap came out OK.

Thanks for the info, Gary! I'm considering a Nikon D7100 for my next camera. Do you think it would be a good choice?
BTW, RDU is going to get a second international flight starting May 2016. It will be a Delta 757-200 to Paris Charles De Gaule. No chance that American will upgrade the flight to London Heathrow to a 787-8 for at least 2 years.

While I'm replying to you, here's an FYI ... keep your eyes peeled for American's Reno Air heritage liverybird. N916NN was in the AA barn for a repaint and came out with Reno Air clothes. It will be getting a "special reception" when it lands out here, but it is already back in service working your side of the country, so watch for it. (Thumbs Up)
