Beechcraft 18 (N3532B) - N3532B, a highly-polished all-silver 1954 Beech D18S, is down and rolling on KTRK's runway 29 as it arrives to be placed on static display at the 2022 Truckee Tahoe Airport Air Show and Family Fest on Saturday, 23 July.br /This one was so highly polished that it reflected EVERYTHING: the sky, the trees, the grass on the ground, and even one of the large white tents on the airport ramp. Fortunately, the sun was not yet directly high overhead so I was able to get a decent capture as it landed. Just three hours later, the temp on the asphalt ramp at TRK was 123 F. It was HOT!! (The kids didn't seem to notice at all, but the adults sure did. lol)

This aircraft was a huge hit with the attendees. The youngsters loved being able to go inside and sit in the pax seats and the adults were very interested in seeing the 1954-era cockpit.
I had promised some of the families that were lined up waiting to go inside this beautiful aircraft that I would post a photo or two of it on FA and they would be able to find my pic(s) of it and be able to d/l the pics if they wanted to. So here is one of the photos.
