Per FAA Registry: N219FE was a B727-233 LN:1152 cn 21102 mfr 1975. Registration cancelled 9/23/2009.
Is the photo recent? Where is the aircraft now?

Our school had a project with FDX. And then it was donated to my school in 2009. So it's in CAUC now（TianJin China）. Last week, we started the engine and had a test. It could still fly now. But doing so is illegal...
