757-200 Landing: it looks like the engines are spooled up enough to fly.
Possibly, the captain juiced the engines prior to touchdown, because, of the apparent, imminent, high sink rate touchdown onto the runway, and, the spewing, heavy tire smoke from the mains firmly hitting.
