This is a Grumman G21A Goose which gave me my very first airplane ride in 1952! Great picture!
It's always great to see a seaplane, great shot!

Not all round motors are P&W. There are also Curtiss, Franklin, Jacobs. And that is just from North America. Almost half of the EU countries also have firms that have sold or do sell aircraft rotaries.
Hey if adelma wants to imagine the "howl" of P&W's, no need to shoot him down. By the way they are probably Wright R-1820's
