Well clearly the author doesn't have a clue what the worlds most wealthy travelers fly around in these days, but if anybody has the cajones and bucks to certify a new bizjet these days it's Honda. Love to know what the true benefit of OTWM engine technology really means and I suppose we shall see. My observation is another fat fuselage, small wing, very small Horizontal stab., alla Beech Premier. Need another batch of Lear 24 pilots! The guys that can buy em can't always fly em! I ride a GL1800 Honda. It ain't the golf clubs boys, it's the player.

Honda's jet makes first production flight

The light jet is just one more product in a versatile portfolio of Honda cars, bikes, generators and more. Honda's first production-spec HondaJet recently completed its first test flight outside the aircraft division's headquarters in Greensboro, North Carolina, part of a lengthy round of certification required by the Federal Aviation Administration.
