This list is idiotic. I can't believe you posted this photofinish, you seem like someone that respects aviation.
This is the kind of stuff that people in the real world read and believe.
Many of the 'secrets' shared are corroborated by industry insiders in their books and blogs. If any are untrue, this is a great forum to correct misrepresentations.
I got the link sent to me by a non-aviation friend.
It is the responsibility of industry insiders and aviation forums to correct erroneous perceptions.
As far as pretending that true things aren't so, is an inadequate response. The industry must embrace and tackle any issues that might be considered embarrassing in the light of day.
BTW thanks for the compliment. I do respect aviation very much. Enough not to hide the truth, and enough to ask for help in correcting misrepresentations.
