Hmmmm.... Sounds like the kind of thing that a drug runner would be accused of doing. Late at night in a Mexican border state; no valid license; A/C registration questions...?
Which is worse? No license or a fake one? In most states you need a license to just cut hair and this Bozo is flying at night in a plane that is not airworthy and no ticket. This guy needs to spend some time making little ones out of big ones in prison.
