If it brings in more money from the rest of the world, great. (Some friends in the UK have described waits of 2+ hours at Immigrations, in hot, dirty terminals with few conveniences. Luckily they keep coming to the US anyway.) The money is being spent on jobs which are badly needed these days. And don't forget American citizens returning home are using these facilities as well.
