blue screen of death - have to hit CTRL ALT DEL - download a new driver - call the IT department and make a help desk ticket - what a hassle
definitely sounds like it required tier II or III support :)
465 passengers? That's a full compliment and then some
In the article there's a comment about max number of passengers (458). I think the 465 is souls on board, including crew. Still... a lot of people!
